Gaming iTunes won't uninstall.

So, I'm trying to update to a new iTunes (becuase i find a new ipod nano 8gb on the ground =D), I am currently using 7.3, but when I try to install the new version of iTunes, it says I need to locate the .msi file used to originally install it, so I find the file, click it, and try to use it. But it says that the file is invalid and cannot uninstall the 7.3 and cant install the new version. Can someone please help me?

You can use Winamp to transfer songs to iPods

go into, start, control panel, add or remove programs. then unistall anything with itunes, apple or ipod in the name. then reboot you computer and install intunes.
