iTunes separating albums into multiple ones?

I have a 6th gen iPod nano, I put "What The Night Knows" by Dean Koontz on it, and when I went to my Albums, it split them up, the 1st album having the 2nd & 3-20 chapters, and the 2nd album having chapters 1 and 3...

I selected all the chapters in iTunes and I right clicked > Get Info, and put the album name "What The Night Knows" for all of them and clicked OK, but I still get the two albums!!

What do I do? Please give me step-by-step instructions.

Do all of the songs have the same 'album artist' or 'artist' tag? If not, try setting them to the same thing.

How do I do this? Highlight All > Right Click > Get Info > Album Artist > Dean Koontz > OK?

What if I have multiple audiobooks from the same artist, will it put them all in one album, or will it make random ones?

(Sorry for answering my own questions, but I can't edit them -_-)

It worked for some of them, but for one, a sountrack, it is still splitting it up in 3 albums.. What do I do? if iTunes can't even keep albums together, then apple is worse than I thought.

all the songs in the album must have the exact same album name and album artist to be grouped together. Maybe they have slightly different capitalization in yours or something.

I use MediaMonkey to tag my mp3's. It works very well and can use scripts to automate complex tagging processes.
