Then you might want to use PKHeX for the sticker locations. You could even flag all of them to expedite the process. If you can't do any of that, try to find any random US save, open it in PKHeX, and do it the hard way.

If you do, check if the event Rockruff is obtainable and also try using GTS to see how active it is. On there, you can find all the retards or just check who's in their Plaza online from the visitor list

Date DOES matter for legality in many things, like PGL syncing can flag you, PWC competitions won't let you use them and so on!

Then I would say you have a ban coming then. Unless they think your a reviewer and that is almost 100% unlikely.

Been almost a year now, I'm waiting. It does seem stupid because someone could have their console misconfigured and the date set wrong.

Have you been competing in PWC competitions though or even online ones and battle seasons? You need to be specific, because what you say you did is not the same case I described!

yeah so i did some digging around, and it turns out that the title ID of the leaked CIA and the ID of the e-shop preload are the same one, so its more than likely a retailer dumped and leaked the cartridges, just want to put the minds of those who think it might be a special review copy with a different ID at ease.

It happened to me too, apparently, RTChanger gave correct date but after starting the game it was changed to 2030 while the RT was still 2017!:/ I need to get PKHeX to work to edit all the 2030s to 2017s...

That’s because it changes the internal clock you still need to fix the time from system setting to be correct, at least godmode9 warns you to do it
