Hacking Is this the right Y cable to buy?

Just wanted to make sure that this usb y splitter is the right one to buy.

I checked my hdd, and that's the cable that is on the wire. So i know that'll fit, but i just wanted to know if everything else is fine.

EDIT - It say's it's good for WiiU, so i guess this can be closed. I should probably read things before asking

Yeah any generic Y cable (such as that) would work perfectly fine for the Wii, WiiU, or any other application you can think of where your external drive just isn't getting enough power.

Well it does say in the description that it is great for the Wii U! I'd have to say yes. Myself I prefer a standalone power supply as not to tax the systems power demands.
