Well the pic is a display pic so you can't go by that. I'd say doubtful just because there is no packaging and also the location of the item. these are all suspicious to me. But that is just guessing. I'll also mention I have a generic PSU for a 3ds and its been working fine for over a year now

actually is says 600+ sold, the guy has reputation.

but yeah, the picture showing up as a display is usually a warning...

but if its not genuine, can't he charge back\refund the damn thing? it says its genuine several times..

but there is this note at the end, which makes me think there will be problems...:
Note!
Product picture is for reference only. Honestly the picture is of a legit one but who knows it could be like the console chargers you get with a preowned system and a knock off

People who sell bulk like that usually use the picture of the legit item they are trying to sell and say genuine but they might not be some people are happy seeing that word buy it and see the system charges and no big deal some people see that it's not genuine and complain.

Either way you are backed by eBay buyer protection if you know it's not genuine and he says it's genuine you are entitled to your money back because the listing did not send you what was described.

BTW, the charger that came with my brand new 2DS has a softer and flimsier cable than the one that was sold with my old 3DS!

If the photos are accurate, that's the "strong" model

You could also consider picking up one off the nintendo store for a bit more money

also, being located in hong kong, it's very likely that it could be fake. Despite that, fakes still can serve their purpose.
