Is there an easy way to convert sets of e-reader .raw files to .sav?

I just bought an eReader so I can finally scan in my Eon ticket (six months writing for a long-defunct gaming site got me a press pass to E3 the year they were giving them out). While I'm at it, I figured why not learn about e-reader ROMS. I found .sav files which should be easy enough to inject (I'm assuming it works like a normal cartridge and sill function with my Retrode & adapter), but most of what I'm finding are .RAW files; which I understand are just the dot codes from individual cards, which means that depending on what you're looking for, you could need a set. Is there a tool or orther easy way to convert these sets to the far more convenient .sav format?

Nevermind, the set I got has the .sav files as well, but I can't find a delete button on my post. Sorry!
