I am going to use SiteAdvisor, because Avira doesn't support link checking. Will it interfere with Avira/malwarebytes at all if I install it?

There shouldn't be any conflict, but I would personally recommend Web Of Trust over site advisor any day, it has a lot more features and tends to be updated far more frequently then site advisor.

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/ad...-browsing-tool/ if you use firefox. They have versions for other browsers at http://www.mywot.com/en/download, but I've only ever tried it in firefox, so I can't say if the other versions work as smoothly as it does in that.
