Is it okay to delete everything in the temp folder?

Just wondering, I'm assuming it should be since it doesn't seem anything essential is there.
I just wanna free up some space ;_;

Get something like CCleaner to try and clear uneeded stuff.
AFAIR, that directory has settings saved for multiple programs. So it might not be vital, but you may be wiping shit out that you don't even realize you wanted.
CCleaner generally only wipes out crap that isn't needed.
