Is Cubic Ninja okay to buy used?

It's not messed up by previous hacks or can have its data erased, right? Like if someone used it then decided to sell it used?

Yes. It will work just as any other Cubic Ninja copy- unless it is physically damaged.
Just make sure the seller is selling a working cart.

It's fine. If it has data on it, just use L+R+X+Y to delete it and start fresh.
