Apple iPhone / iPod Touch Development?

Hello,

Recently I was looking around on the net at the iPhone / iPod Touch SDK and I noticed that this is only available for the Mac.

I was wondering if there is any alternative SDK which can be used on Windows to develop iPhone/iPod Touch applications.
