Hacking Installers in the

Who can now install in the uk?, i tryed a few from other threads and they don't exist.
I need a drive doctor installed, the wii has had a bad install solder pads gone, and there is bit of solder over the pins (the three you solder directly too)

However the wii works fine.

i assume some braid will get off the crap of the three legs, then jsut resolder.
