Anyone Have Tried Playing This game Using Out Of Region 3DS?
If this game still have online Feature Where can i get its CIA ?

If the title key is available, download from Nintendo
If the 3DS file is available, download convert it to a CIA
Else, out of luck.

Nintendo has not banned anyone yet for out-of-region online play. That does not mean they can't, they could just be holding onto that card for now. The risk is your choice
