I asked the Support about the ban and got this answer:
Nintendo's Support Email said:
Dear sir,

Thank you for contacting Nintendo.

At the present time we have no information about the procedure with banned players and there use of our new console. We ask for your patience. With the appearance of the Nintendo Switch, questions regarding your concern are clarified with certainty.
Of course you will be free to create a new Nintendo Network ID on the Nintendo Switch.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

    i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

    Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
