a PM is private, yes. It is the receiver's decision to keep it private. he has the right since he received it.
also this is the internet. anything you put up, you should be responsible whatever happens to them. be it photos, words, files, etc.. he sent the pm, whether he wished for it to be kept private or not he should have not included something he will regret. partly it's his fault.

and besides, IRL, fights with such violent words aren't written in paper and sent to the other person. it's just the same.

yeah that's sad but there's nothing we can do anything about it. those people just can't learn to understand what was really meant first before complaining. if that were to happen, calmly explain the meaning of that term.
