i want to cool the ps4 a lot

I use the homebrew ps4 temperatures

does the horizontal base with the laptop fan cool the ps4 down a lot?
the temperature from 55 ° C must climb to 40 ° C or less even better

I'd just install normal chipset heatsinks with normal fans, and be done with it. Might take some case cutting to fit, but so be it.
Don't forget the thermal grizzly paste.

What you can try is open up the system and clean it up and replace the old thermal paste with newer one, get a cooling stand.
