A while back I bought a Pokémon Platinum game on TEMU. I booted it up and saw that it was called Deep Labyrinth Atlus USA, Inc. I noticed it was a sd card in a cartridge and thought that it was just on the sd card. I found it had hacks on it, but didn’t pay them much mind. Just recently I tried doing a transfer of an Eevee to Pokémon white and was told on my 3ds had No compatible cartridge inserted. Did I buy a fake? I honestly want to know

Yes, it's a fake.

Michael MJD recently did a video on these

They are relabelled Ace3DS+ cards with a crappy microSD card filled with a bunch of random games. The SD cards inside of them don't last long, so I highly recommend that you buy a genuine one from your local retailer.

Buy a new SD card? To do a transfer? I recently got one of the 208 in 1 game cartridges and everything else works fine except platinum

The games on there will most likely be corrupted, as in bad dumps so to speak. Get a brand-new SD card from your local retailer who sells genuine cards or search eBay or Amazon. The most prominent well known brands are SanDisk, Kingston, Toshiba and PNY.
