Hacking I have a question

Hello all

I have a question:

I have bought a dsi last week with 1.3E firmware on it.
Now, as I was playing on it, at a certain point, my cart froze and now I can't get my menu on screen... The tricky part is that the dsi recognizes the AK (as the danny phantom icon appears) but, I think it damaged several parts of my SD card...
I formatted my sd card, but when I try to put back my AKAIO firmware, it starts copying to a certain level and then I get following message "the device isn't ready or something about the devices I/O..."

My thought is that my SD card is screwed...

What do you guys think ?? Or can this be solved... (without buying a new sd card)
