I don't know how to get the home brew loader

Hello

I while back I tried soft modding my old 2DS. I successfully got luma3DS but never got home brew. It was a while ago so I don't quite remember what went wrong but is there a way to get homebrew? I also can't find the SD card that I tried modding it with but i can still get luma3DS menu. Is there possibility a way to get it back to normal and try again?
