Ah, okay. Well I'd be recommending the cheapest game possible to people if I were the OP. Or list them all with their prices, so people know there's alternatives.
Everything except for Legends of Exidia has been taken down from the eShop

Wow, must have been within the past week, because I bought Field Runners just last Saturday. So if I uninstall it, it's not re-downloadable? Gone for good?

Yeah it was quite recently, and I believe so, I don't think they're allowing redownloads for it.

Took Ninty long enough to catch on how we've been hacking their 11.x consoles, lmao. And then they couldn't even get ALL the titles cleaned up... I wanna feel bad for them, but they make it too easy.

Worked like a charm, OP! Thanks very much for this.

You guys on 1st page having trouble connecting to your router ... are you trying to connect over hard connection or wireless? I used my desktop PC, over LAN, and the login : pw was simply "admin:admin."

FYI, there's no point in going back to OP's step 4 and undoing the block until after a9lh is installed. I had to go back to PuTTY and do this all over again after the 9.2 downgrade. The hotkey entry to homebrew launcher (down on d-pad) from plailect's guide doesn't work after the downgrade (didn't for me anyway), and the update nag is back when going in with the browser. I engaged the SSH block on Nintendo's commtest link again and left it that way until after a9lh install, when it was time to update to current FW.

You can bypass the update nag after downgrading by clearing extra data in system settings, having this method enabled (iptables etc), changing time on 3DS to 1/1/2000 0:00, changing theme color and changing back to default, and finally opening browser and quickly going to settings and clearing the save data or whatever it is near the bottom.

At least that's how I did it after downgrading, seemed to work, have A9LH installed now

Edit: you also need to replace the 11.0 payload with a 9.2 one after downgrading (even for a partial downgrade) or browserhax wont load

I did all those things, but swapping in a 9.2 ropbin was the last thing I thought to try. But I also went back in w/ PuTTY and blocked the commtest link again at the same time that I replaced the ropbin/payload, so I wasn't sure which (or both) had made it work again. Whatever, it worked lol.

If you have homebrew access already and ctr-httpwn doesn't work for you, you should try a ctr-httpwn mirror (this or this), as the server that ctr-httpwn usually uses is down at the moment, I believe.

Yes. Ctr-httpwn doesn't 'install' anything; it's effects are temporary and are removed on rebooting.

Also if you enter and then exit system settings after using ctr-httpwn you need to rerun it, as exiting system settings reboots the console

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

is slowhax coming out soon or something?
Next month (hopefully) but this method is good for those who can't access another homebrew entrypoint (like steel diver bc you cant download free games without nnid and cant link nnid on banned system)
