Hardware How to transfer system memory and SD Card data from broken 3DS XL?

So 2 days ago, I was doing some stupid crap and in the end, my 3DS landed in the toilet.
My 3DS had CFW, so I can't send it to Nintendo.
I had rice on the system and took out the battery, but I don't think it'll live.
Testing if it works ends up in a popping noise, which I read is dangerous, so I'm trying to find a way to transfer both system memory and SD card data to a new 3DS, if I get one in the end.
Any way to transfer the data, and if possible, fix the 3DS?

No, but my SD card was untouched by the toilet and works flawlessly on my PC, so not all hope is lost.

No buddy. I'm really sorry, but you lost big time.

You can't restore your saves because you never dumped them in their decrypted form. Your 3DS stuff on the SD card cannot be used on a different 3DS because it's tied to that system. Without it, there's nothing you can do except start over from scratch.

Game saves are encrypted to the specific unit if you installed game through the freeshop. What @TurdPooCharger meant if you didn't backup decrypted save, you are screwed, unless somehow the unit survive.

A miracle! Please backup all your saves and extdata with Checkpoint or JKSM. You won't be so lucky the next time if it goes in the shitter (metaphorically speaking, does not have to be a toilet again).
