Hacking Homebrew How to Transfer old SD (no CFW) card to new SD card

hi there
i'm completely new to the 3ds homebrew and this forum so plz bear with me. i successfully hacked my 3ds last night, but now the problem is transferring the data from my old sd card (the one i had before i hacked my 3ds) into the new one (the one i used to hack into my 3ds). my old 4 gb sd card has games and official themes i bought a long time ago, and when i boot up the new 64 gb sd card, it doesn't show those in its memory.

i tried looking up any solutions to this and no results ever matched my exact problem, so i did my own thing by copy and pasting the files from my old sd card into the root of the new one (i backed up both sd cards just in case anything went wrong). again, this one didnt work and they didn't show up when i put the new sd card back into my 3ds again. the situation has been driving me crazy and i dont want to keep switching between 2 different sd cards in order to access my older games. hopefully someone can help me out?

Make sure your 64GB is formatted to FAT32

yep, did that already before i even started hacking into my 3ds. unless i need to reformat it again? but that would mean erasing all the files in the new one right?

If you got your games and themes legitimately, can't you just re-download them on your new sd card?

Format the 64GB as FAT32, 32kb cluster then copy the files from the 4GB one over.
