Apple how to get installer from cydia?

Topic basically i keep on looking for repos i want but when i put it in cydia they want installer and all the ones i find on google dont work anymore and are 3 years old so could someone help me im kinda new at jailbreaking and stuff

The Thing that twiffles had because i dont have a computer to get it from so i need a way to get it through cydia or some other way

Installer 4.0 is outdated, and the group behind it (RiP-Dev) broke up. (I don't think I can even name an Installer 4.0 repo.)

If you're looking for an app that requires jailbreaking to use, you ought to be able to find it in Cydia.

Cydia has replaced Installer. If you have Cydia, there is no reason to get Installer, and I don't think it'd even work on recent firmwares.

Download iFile, Safari Download plugin and mobileterminal. Install it with no computer.
