Topic basically i keep on looking for repos i want but when i put it in cydia they want installer and all the ones i find on google dont work anymore and are 3 years old so could someone help me im kinda new at jailbreaking and stuff

The Thing that twiffles had because i dont have a computer to get it from so i need a way to get it through cydia or some other way
Installer 4.0 is outdated, and the group behind it (RiP-Dev) broke up. (I don't think I can even name an Installer 4.0 repo.)

Cydia has replaced Installer. If you have Cydia, there is no reason to get Installer, and I don't think it'd even work on recent firmwares.
