They fixed the Ocarina of Time slowdowns, but now DS mode doesn't work. Makes me wanna go back to 11.2 :/. Everything worked fine there.

Latest Luma nightly fixes DS mode.

Pretty strange. Tried on my 11.4 O3DS Eur, doesn't work

Try this... Go to http://smealum.github.io/3ds/ and grab the 11.2.0.35E otherapp and rename it to OLD-11-4-0-37-EUR.bin. Delete whatever you have in your "hblauncher" folder and put the one you renamed in there. Then try to boot the HBL. It should use the *hax 2.8 payload and boot right up.

i just tried that it worked on mine USA version. btw i give up downgrading just because i have already installed a lot of tickets and games so i don't want to install them again.

Why would you want to? Homebrew and NTR work.

If you don't have CFW, or a NAND backup of that console on a lower version, then the answer is you can't.

So how would i go about getting homebrew on 11.4 for new3ds, i used to use soundhax to access homebrew but now thats patched i dont know how to access homebrew anymore
