Hi all,
um over the summer i was gaming on my ps vita and in retroarch,
i was wondering how to Delete any Unwanted Cores?

on android etc it's easy to do, just click on the delete core tab, and the core is gone,
but on ps vita's retroarch it doesn't work,

i googled it and found that if you remove the cores via vitashell app in the retroarch folder in /data/retroarch,
the cores are as .self files?

deleting theses will makes those unwanted cores go away?
i read in that reddit post that if you remove theses (or if you remove one that is loaded in retroarch currently,
the app crashes and won't load?) .

is there a safe way to remove the unwanted cores without retroarch on vita crashing?

im asking cause i only use like 3-4 cores max or so, and the rest of the cores in retrarch vita are not needed,

thanx

I would just to go to app\retrovita\cores and delete the files.
PS make sure to load a core that you won't delete beforhand, or itll try to load unexisting file on the next boot.

hmm, okay i'll give that a try and see how it goes,
i'll note the cores that i want to keep, so i don't delete them by accident :) .
thanx for the tip, Reploid :)
