Misc How to block NUS Domains and IPs with my Ubee router?

Good day, community.

I've been trying lately to block all the possible IPs and Domains from the NUS (Nintendo Update Servers).
I wanted to follow this list of IP/Domains:

My question is, exactly how do I block them?
I have several options in my router like the ones here:
http://www.ubeeinteractive.com/support/consumers/faq/firewall-content-filter-recommended-settings
http://www.overclock.net/t/1502772/ubee-router-parental-controls

The images depict exactly the GUI I get from my router.
Do I block them with Parental Controls in the router?
Or what else?

    Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
