299.96 - Console
64.xx - BotW

After that it was a screen protector I had to replace cuz I sent the console for repair, and some more games. I've put in a good 500 dollars once I get mk8d.

Shoot I've spent way too much money already:

$400 at launch for Switch, BoTW, case and tax
$35 for a charging Joy-Con grip (for research)
$80 for a Pro Controller (for research and actual use)
~$60 for Fast RMX, Shovel Knight, Has Been Heroes

So $565 so far, stuff is expensive but I can at least say the Pro Controller was worth it, thing is really comfortable.

I was hoping to get the Switch for the retail price, $350 dollars and I planned to buy it off of Amazon on release day. I had to have my mom buy it and I asked her if she could get it for me on launch day but she was busy and said no, she could get it for me the next day (I had all the money that I saved to pay it off in full). I told my mom that the price would skyrocket the next day but she didn't believe me.
Come the next day and what do you know, the cheapest Switch is $450 dollars. She felt bad so she still let me get it plus Botw despite me not having enough so now I'm working off my debt.
In total I think I spent 510 dollars.

the seller probably 5 finger discounted it that's why it was sold for 160.
I got mine at retail price. I had a pre order at gamestop.

Convenience fee. Let the consumers decide if it's worth it rather than trying themselves on eBay/Amazon.

Not only convenience fee but they are hide something. They made up the price value for the games itself and how much they want to pay for it. They wants profits. Anyway, I didn't say eBay nor Amazon. Many people know that GameStop cheats all the time according to Google it. GameStop won't survive in the near future, I heard.

They have to make profits on the games that are traded in... So, duh?

Are you shocked that a retail store is looking to make a profit? They are a business, not your best friend or charity.
