How i install a .cia and fix 3ds fbi install not showing

The best way to install any .3ds game (from the game you own and bought i cant tell u where to get the files) place .3ds on sd card in folder cias
convert to .cia with godmode puts cia in out folder now its decrypted

needs to be decrypted with the same system to install on that system

find out folder for cias then install with fbi bam!
can i get a like like :yaynds:

Why?

Why use that awful font and color?
Why decrypt a 3DS backup when you can use Decrypt9 to backup your game cart right into a .CIA file without going through the extra trouble?
That's not the FBI's problem and sure as hell doesn't fix it, check if you have a bad SD card.

Poor English.
You can dump straight to CIA, no need to dump to 3ds then convert to CIA.
How would this solve FBI not appearing?
I believe once decrypted, any 3DS can install it.
The "best" way to install games is something like freeShop or CIAngle.
Don't ask for likes like that.
Better organisation would be nice.

    I stream from Nas to firestick, one on every tv, and use Kodi. I'm happy w it, plays everything. (I pirate/torrent shows/movies on pc, and put on nas)

    I got my Dad a firestick for Xmas and showed him those 3rd party sites on Kodi, he loves it, all he watches anymore. He said he has got 3 letters from AT&T already about pirating, but he says f them, let them shut my internet off (He wants out of his AT&T contract anyways)
