Homebrew How does one get the "title version" list of updates?

Just a quick question... but how do you get the title version of a game update? I want to get 1.1.5 for 3ds smash with 3DNUS... but that seems to be the only name it's known by.

Like how the 1.1.6 update for the Wii U is v288... how do I know what 1.1.6 is for the 3DS?

Like how my JP 3DS update for smash title ID is:
0004000e000b8b00

u cant do it like that with 3dsnus u can only get v1.1.6 from nintendo now and u need to use CDN-FX.jar

Is it different from the Wii U?

Because you can still download patch v224 (1.1.5) from Nintendo.

Is the 3DS updates that different?

I guess I'll just have to scour the internet for the precompiled CIA.
