nxtools, you need all the necessary keys though. I'm wondering if its possible to load the files from a nsp with layered fs titleid swap trick. I'd rather wait though till a better method of loading nsp files comes out.
This helped me, I used hactoolgui to extract pfs0 which extracted the nca files from inside the nsp file
I got stuck with an nca, no idea how to extract romfs/exefs from it without it being an xci first
I didn't dump it
