how can i remove a program from the control panel's programs menu if i already deleted it?

idk how to explain this so here is a screenshot:

as you can see i previously downloaded the pc version of lego racers, then i deleted it from the folder it was installed in but its still in the programs section of the control panel in windows, how do i remove it?

Click uninstall? It’ll just prompt you to delete it if it can’t find an uninstaller.

it doesnt work with this game and it doesnt delete it

Easy/dumb way: reinstall the game, then uninstall it from there.

Hard/smart way: find where that list of programs is stored and edit it out.

You have to uninstalled it if it was installed like a program, deleting the folder doesn't solve it.
