Homebrew How can I get a Hombrew Launcher 4.5 without cubic ninja?

Hello everyone, I bought this and I want to play some games on it. If I remove the microSD card which contains the audio guide the console gives this message: microSD card is not inserted. Can we make it run games and use it as a console?

Install FBI in sysnand, install Cubic Ninja CIA version in sysnand, boot rxtools in devmode, install Ninjhax.
