It's better to join the "warez" discord with the skull and crossbones. Those are the only type of institutions i trust to download and run files from. I just wish the nsp had loud unmutable tecno playing while it runs.
I'll probably try ReiNX at some point, but to be honest, I could ask you the opposite question. Why WOULDNT anyone use it? As far as I'm aware, there isn't much difference between ReiNX and RajNX, so it should be more or less up to user preference. I've successfully used Rajkostos tools before, so naturally I'd try his RajNX before anything else. And I am not dissatisfied with it.

Installing any NSPs will get you banned so... Yeah
I hope one day someone will find a way to do so while preventing bans from happening.
But currently, lets say I installed some NSPs on my switch. If I ever go online again, I would get banned. If I perform a factory reset and wipe everything, is it safe to go online providing that I don't do any other illicit activities after that?

No. Factory reset doesn't delete all the things that can get you banned.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
