First of all, thanks in advance for any advice because this is my first attempt at this so I don't exactly know what I'm doing.

Tonight, I installed CFW on my Japanese 11.3.0 firmware New 3DS XL. For the most part, I think it went correctly. After all is said and done, I seem to be getting an crash when I open Luma updater and also the homebrew launcher. Hopefully the attached pictures help. I don't exactly know where to begin to resolve these issues.

Thanks!!
