Homebrew Launcher/Loader was updated to 1.1

Changelog:

Updated for latest ctrulib+devkitARM, etc.
New icon and banner by @Substance12.
Inverted the Y button handling, the payload downloaded via HTTP will now be saved to SD by default.
Added dedicated error handling for the Internet-connection-unavailable error.
