I somehow i updated my vita to 3.61(Yes i'm dumb)

Is this a fake link and there is only 3.60 ones and i have to wait for downgrades or a new version?

Yes it's a fake link. If you've upgraded to 3.61 then I'm sorry to say but you're fucked. There's no way to downgrade at all and due to how the vita is programmed I don't think there ever will be tbh.
