Apple Help?

Sorry, I wasn't sure whether to put this in GBA or iPhone, but here we go...
I downloaded a Pokemon Emerald hack where all pokemon are catchable and put it in my phone and I found this

before I had any pokeballs...
I made a save state and its a .svs file, and Im wondering if theres any way I can hack in some pokeballs into the save state or if there is a way I can convert it to run on an emulator I can use action replay codes to get some pokeballs

Data Crystal has a link for a RAM map, but it's broken and checking the revisions shows it never seemed to exist.

Damn, Well I got cheats to work now but I can't find a code that gives me pokeballs during battle
