Help with usb gb smart card

Hi, my usb smart card dont start, when i turn the gbc on its freeze on boot screen like the image.
I replace a 333 resistor that was blow but makes no diference. Someone know with component can be broke? Thanks.

Im using the Android app and its writing and reading with no problem, i will check other components.
