Misc [Help] User Agreement Pops Up Twice Whenever I Run the Web Browser

At this point, I am still having an error whenever I try to access the internet with my unit: 003-4199. Yet, most weird of all is that I am getting pops up of the User Agreement by the system twice in a row every time I open the web browser, both of which I must agree with in order to use it. As per experience in my other units, this should not be the case and should only happen once after having been initialized.

Note: I could use the internet just fine using the web browser on my other unit and I did not make any changes to the router's setting.

Is there any way I could fix this and ultimately the internet connection with my unit? If so, how?
