Like I said on another thread, Powersave save files for XYORAS can be decrypted for use with PKHeX.
Unlike the other thread, OP has the cart the save came from
I'm gonna fetch a link on the save decryption after I find a guide

It helps because OoT3D is a functional Homebrew exploit, and because of how Powersave encryption works, Homebrew would be your only way to inject a working save file into your Pokemon Y

After you install OoTHax (It won't hurt your system, and yes you can uninstall it later) follow this guide

After you go through both guides I'll give you a few more instructions

I now followed every step, I guess, but the last part bothers me. I get a warning when I try to drag and drop(or open) the file to PKHeX: " Attempted to load an unsopported file type/size.

File Loaded:
C:\User\Username\Desktop\release\Decrypted Save (2016-07-01034707).bin

File Size:
415232 bytes(0x65600)"

I now loaded the save on the OoT cartridge and it crashes on me if I try to open the menu so I guess the Hack is installed right

I think that you've got to use a hex editor, such as HxD. Be careful with that tool, though

hmm is there a faster way to replace all the byts? I press F for hours now...

I guess I did it but I have Problem to Understand the last step: "then delete the first 0x9C bytes in a hex editor (I use HxD). Save the file with the 0x9C header removed, and you can open it in PKHeX totally fine" shall I delete the line or exchange it with 00 ? both does not decrypt it I guess :-/
