Hacking help needed regarding vhbl on 3.63

I'm on ofw 3.63 and i want to install vhbl. yet the tutorials i found all require the use of ps3 or henkaku, and i have neither. help me please

Step 1. Sell PS Vita on 3.63 firmware.
Step 2. Purchase pre-owned PS Vita on 3.60.

As far as i'm aware, the only publicly known methods of getting vHBL on 3.63 is if you have a hacked PS Vita or a PS3.
