Help Me Find This Creepy Cartoon 2

oh yes! we got another case in our hands! unfortunately I don't have much information about this cartoon. it was about animals. talking animals. the animation was similara to the previous cartoon (moomins). atmospheric and unique. it looked a lot like the anime version of around the world in 80 days

anyway the characters were more close to animals for example they were not wearing clothes or could walk in 2 feet. and it was series. I remember an episode where one of the characters starts lying (I think)that he found the skeleton teeth of a giant wild animal. and I remember the episode showing scenes of skeleton teeth with creepy sound found in wilderness...

I remember an anime I watched when I was young :
"Tchaou and grodo" was the french name, broadcasted around 1984. you weren't born yet, so it's probably too old?

I think the animal was a rabbit. and he was going to other animals saying that he found a creepy creature in the woods. he was lying just to prank others. another animal decided to teach him a lesson so he hid himself in a hole. the rabbit saw his mouth got scared and started telling all other animals to watch out cause there is a creature hidden in the earth with scary teeth. of course no one believed him.
