hackingtoolkit3ds not working(not extracting correct files oras)

for some reason hacktools wont extract the correct files for pk3ds. anytime i try to load the file nothing opens in pk3ds. ive tried using hacktools with both a 3ds file and a cia and neither work. i have 64 bit so im confused on whats not working
