It means Nintendo watches their online game like a hawk. If you stream it your showing nintendo that you got cfw on one their most watched games. They wont hesitate to ban you for giving yourself 1 free play nor will they care to hesitate when your outright showing a form of cheating as you require NTR cfw to do the streaming.

For badge arcade, you wil get badge arcade ban, this was the case when they start banning us, but now they may ban all online except the eshop.

dont really matter. no ones going to code anything for this. its still likely the one hot zone for nintendo watching on this console.
