Hardware grey/white pixels and assistance

Has anyone tried to send his modded Wii to the assistence service?
I have the problem about some grey/white pixels on the screen while playing, but also the wii modded with Wiikey... even if I 'll remove the chip the signs onto the moderboard will remain!... Has someone send it already? (sorry for my english).
