Hello everyone, it's been a long time but I'm back to GBAtemp now :D
Recently I built a gaming computer and am looking for some games to play.
I am mainly looking for Co-Op games on PC that have compatibility with gamepads (ps3/360/other) - and as well that we can use one computer.
*I do not wish to emulate Wii, I do not wish to use LAN with multiple computers does not have to be a online game*
The games are for my wife and I to relax with in the evenings. So far we have decided to get Trine Enhanced Edition, Trine 2, Trine 3, and Tales of Zestiria.
What I enjoy: RPGs, MMOs, Shooters, Zombie survival, Portal2-like games, beautiful graphics, and even random games like Postal 2.
Wife enjoys: Puzzle games, RPG-ish, Fantasy, beautiful graphics.
We are aware of and absolutely will not play: League of Legends or World of Warcraft.
I do not care about requirements, but the game must be correctly optimized (DayZ/7DaysToDie are good but optimization make this game horrible even on a godly PC)
Any recommendations will be appreciated, checked out, trailers viewed, etc :D
Thanks guys/gals!

Thank you for the suggestions. So far I've got:
Tales of Zestiria
Trine 1, 2, and 3.
DBZ Xenoverse
Portal 2
Borderlands 1
Cobalt (Oxeye games)
Dying Light
Minecraft with shaders <3
Fallout New Vegas Ultimate
Stranded Deep
South Park Stick of Truth
Goat Simulator
Bioshock 2
CS:GO
Legend of Korra
Not all multiplayer but some decent games from the last few years. I'll look into the mentioned ones thanks.

Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime is really good and absolutely beautiful. It's purely co-op. Jamestown is a good co-op game, even for those new to shmups and also has great visuals.
