Alright so I recently purchased a Acekard 2i and was trying to figure out how to get the cheats working. I downloaded the main .zip file from the website and extracted the .DAT file and .XML file to the __ak2/cheats folder.
However, when I start up my Acekard 2i, I choose a simple game to test out (Contra 4 for example) and it says "Cannot find cheats in database." So I try another game (the translated Soma Bringer) and those cheats show up. So then I try a third game (Dragon Quest 5) and it says the same thing as Contra 4. I know he has those cheats in the .XML file, so what am I doing wrong? Ive selected rebuild, but it still wont show anything and Ive tried using both the .DAT file and the .XML file to load the codes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
