Hacking NDS .sav file not being read by checkpoint

Hello, I am trying to fix a save file of mine. I was playing pokemon pearl and did the void glitch, I went for darkrai but got stuck in a tree. As I couldn't open my menu at the time, I made a digital version from the cartridge and used a walk through walls cheat to walk back to where I should be. After I did that I saved and went out of the game. I used FBI to move the sav to a newly created folder in checkpoint's saves, it is at SD/3ds/checkpoint/saves/(pokemon pearl's name)/save (the name of the newly created folder)/POKEMON_P.sav (the save name). I tried "restoring" it, it showed an error called "0xC8804478". So idk.
