You can still get and use a free Dev account for the xbox one!
You need to go to: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/rewards
- Log in with a Microsoft account and scroll down and press 'Free dev center membership'
- Scroll down to 'Available Reward' and press 'Get Code'
- Follow the instructions and website below where your have gotten your code.
1. Go to https://developer.microsoft.com/store/register to start the registration process.
2. Provide the requested information.
3. Enter the Dev Center token as the payment method.
- From here you can register your Xbox one on the website and then go onto your Xbox console and download the 'Dev' app from the Microsoft store.
- run the App and follow the instructions to activate your Dev account on your Xbox one.
Done!
