GCN GC Loader ODE vs Xeno Modchip question

I understand the basics of both mods. My question is how would one load cheats using the GC Loader? Would I need the chip also? Debating which route to go for my first GC mod, and leaning towards ODE but want to be able to use cheats.

Edit: Got my answer. The ODE boots to Swiss and has the ability to load cheats. This thread can be locked mods!
